Jeri Smith, President
Jeri Smith is the president and founder of Galmont Consulting and a longtime sales, technology and management executive. After studying the rapid proliferation of Internet applications and the increasing complexity of software architecture in the late 1990s, Smith saw a need for greater quality assurance and testing expertise in the marketplace.
She founded Galmont Consulting in 1999 and set out to build a world-class team of technology experts specializing in quality assurance and testing.
Taking responsibility for the company’s daily operations, Smith spearheads all service lines, new businesses and partnership development efforts. In addition, she takes the lead role in consultant recruitment and development, and is dedicated to maintaining a brilliant roster of industry experts capable of increasing the value of client technologies.
Prior to founding Galmont, Smith was national sales director for the technology division of Spherion, a multibillion-dollar corporation. She also worked as the branch manager of Spherion’s San Francisco office, where she had sole responsibility for managing the $60 million operation and its 200 employees. Her experience also includes a partner position at Artemis Concept Company as well as senior sales and management roles at Intercall Corporation, the world’s largest audio and Web conference services provider.
Smith is a member of the Chicago Quality Assurance Association, the Chicago Software Association and the International Institute of Business Analysis. She also serves on the Youth Outreach Services board of directors. A 1987 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BS in marketing, Smith lives in the Chicago area with her husband and two children.

James J. Greenberger is a former partner with the law firm of Sachoff & Weaver, where he is co-chair of the Renewable Energy Practice Group. Greenberger is a former chair of the Commercial Finance & Transactions Committee of the Chicago Bar Association and the author of the book Top Ten Legal Mistakes of Early Stage Technology Companies. Greenberger is a frequent speaker and author on legal topics related to emerging businesses and commercial finance. He received his BA degree from Haverford College and his JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
Frank J.M ten Brink
Chief Financial Officer - Stericycle
J.M. ten Brink has served as executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer, and chief administrative officer since joining Stericycle in June 1997. He has over 16 years of finance experience in high growth environments, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Stericycle, ten Brink was senior vice president and chief financial officer with Telular Corporation. Between 1991 and 1995, he was vice president and chief financial officer of Hexacomb Corporation. He studied International Business at the Netherlands School of Business and received an MBA degree in finance from the University of Oregon.
